Do agree with your post about SU falling short based on share price action of COS.

However Suncor are good operators & Mr Williams to date has been a very good CEO
Since his arrival Suncor has focused on returns for money spent rather than expansion at any price
WE may not like his low ball offer as COS shareholders however he is doing a very good job for Suncor shareholders
If the COS management had performed in a similar manner we would be in a much better position to bargain.
