I interviewed a BBD employee this morning. It is almost in line to what you said. He dont want to be dolt licker , or 'kissing the boss'. Always making the wrong decisions, and having to redo work. Said to move up, you have to SCREAM loud, make lots of drama, and tell people he is in charge to win the arguement. Tell people how great he is. Poor yutz, trying to get out. ROFL.
