I can concur with you're analogy as usually these same misinformed dolts that seem to need authority over others. So to try and force their will thinking they know better only to find there yesterday's hero's once the machine owns them. Then usually shortly after these promotions the company fires them. High turn over for Managers you know unless you're part of the circus. Best regards suckers, your severance pay will buy you a new suit for the next job interview.........just don't tell them you where a Manager at Bombardier......hahahaha! Cheers.
I interviewed a BBD employee this morning. It is almost in line to what you said. He dont want to be dolt licker , or 'kissing the boss'. Always making the wrong decisions, and having to redo work. Said to move up, you have to SCREAM loud, make lots of drama, and tell people he is in charge to win the arguement. Tell people how great he is. Poor yutz, trying to get out. ROFL.
