For 20 cents a year more, I tend to agree with you on that. Therefore, I honestly don't think that this story is credible.
Firstly, this story is not being released on the official CXR web site or any other news distribution service.
Secondly, it would be out of character for CXR to set a dividend at this time. This is something that has always been approved by the board and released as part of quarterly results in the past.
Almost seems as someone is trying to raise false expectations only to create negative press when the company is forced to deny this. Sorry, that's cynical me, but I don't see real proof to support any of this. I could be proven wrong.
