if williams kept on extending the 0.25 SU bid

if williams kept on extending the 0.25 SU bidWilliams is a shameless guy...If he kept on extending the 0.25 SU bid for several times spanning say 3 months while in the mean time buying COS shares heavily in the open market, then when COS shareholders are frustrated and sick of .25 SU to just slightly sweeten the bid by a small amount say 0.28 SU.... Don't rule out this tactics ! He is on the pry of the cheapest method... So after the fear mongering tactics, he will use the tactics of endless persistency but max frustration to COS shareholders... What do you think ?
