LeMarcus wrote: We have no clue what the deal is. Extension or not... That is probably the same deal as is july. What makes the deal extend... is claim settlement and final documentation. The need court to close case after employes confirm having receive the money... lot of details in back end . Funny to see new comers only after news that opens opportunity for bashing. As actually... deal being on is better news that no news. And being extended a week at the time is better than for few months at the time.

This deal is not what is best for retail shareholders at all.Its whats best for the buyer. My guess retail gets nothing when its done.Don't shoot the Marble player but these extensions are not a vote of confidence. There is zero signs of progress noted and should be if there was.

LeMarcus - agree with your thoughts. The core of the deal was agreed to months ago. It's the details and court cases that held this up.

What I don't understand is why can't the NR state that the closing of the transaction is contigent on all court cases being setteled? Why do this one week by one week nonsense.

Again, this whole horror show is the exact reason I was screaming for this to be sold last April. I still hope that Mosaic takes a deal right to shareholders.

We aren't aligned with this horrible management and BOD.
