Thanks for the response. Clouds are there and rain is coming. My only counter would be the PE values. TSX avg PE is 16x and this would be fair to slightly overvalued. Where you see PE's below 10 there is opportunity. As of this post PE here is under 6. T.NA is 8.5. There are some great buys here if you are a long with a 10 yr horizon. I will happily pick up your shares. Oil will come back. Governments cannot afford to let it linger for too long nor can big business. With PE's <9 I am picking up the gems. T.CWX T.HCG etc. Just wanting more capital to deploy.
