RE:Without some friggin guidance/visibility on XwinSys...?Rowlands might be gun-shy about promoting after the ASC made him do an extensive correction to the annual MD&A. 

PHM was a hyper promotion machine until money managers told them to stfu and focus on execution. That company has now gone to too little disclosure.
