There is probably 10 million shares available between 3-4c.   Or more!  They (insiders-managment) need to dump as much free floating stock as they can just to get a hugely dillutive PP together.  Time to wait ...FAS will need a ROLLBACK to stay afloat...bring in new money.  That being said, buying now FAS now is futile...better to wait til after the ROLLBACK
