Perhaps there's something in the governance rules related to south pond listing requirements that Spectral owners/management don't feel comfortable with? In any case, there's at least a 50/50 chance that their behavior is an indication that they like what is happening with the SP, that is that they are not just too lazy or scared to make the right moves. Since they do not seem to be hinting that such a behaviour will change anytime soon (and therefore the SP will stay unusually low considering the events unfolding), we are only left to guess what their motives could be. Maybe they don't like fish, or they don't want other people to know they have found a great fishing place...
