Heck, 6 months for a major deal like this seems fast to me.

EUO recently sold a division of the company for more cash than the market cap.   Deal just closed last week.   It also took half a year or so to close.   And that was a tiny deal compared to this SU/COS deal.

BTW, if anyone is looking for a discount on cash, look into the EUO deal.   They just got the upfront payment and now have more cash than the market cap by a large margin and virtually no debt.  Do some DD and you will be amazed.   EUO
