RE:RE:means what potential?@dude, thanks. it looks like he is prepping for a purchase offer. so is he aware of one coming? would think so, seeing as he is now raising the point. This is something that in theory should have been considered and provisioned for at the very beginning. the fact it wasn't is a bit scary and doesn't speak well of legal or financial advice. so is he simply now doing what should have been done in the beginning/ playing catchup, or is it a result a something in the wind ? would not be surprised if an offer is not in the wings. good company and I have seen others who are less innovative be purchased. Honeywell purchased another BC firm,( Silent witness) years ago and rolled their product line onto theirs.
