It operates through three segments: Marketing and Distribution, International Farming, and Blueberries. Its International Farming segment owns and operates orchards from which all fruit produced is sold to its Marketing and Distribution segment. Its farming activities range from cultivating early-stage plantings to harvesting from mature trees. Its Blueberries segment is a farming operation that cultivates blueberry plants in Peru. It provides value-added services including ripening, bagging, custom packaging, logistical management, and quality assurance. The Company also provides its customers with merchandising and promotional support, insights on market trends and hands-on training.

I don't think there is an imminent buy out but someone will take a run at this IMO in the future. I've seen this done plenty of times with no buy out ever surfacing.

Kinda late in the game to be adding it but par for the course with AF.

Agree good company with loads of upside...poor managment. Share price reflects that and we were all too stupid to not realize it sooner. Not a day goes by that I don't regret not selling in the 30's
