They are either going shopping or raising capital to add some infrastructure ahead of closing Softgate. Remember that after the deal the EBITDA will effectively reach 10M and the pps will follow. This kind of BOUGHT deal is like money in the bank for PI Financial.

I have a feeling there will be some big billing partners joing the TIO team after the acquisition gets finalized..

Not concerned with the PPS, eyes are on the prize.

Love the management team, business model and the sector.

Just some of my thoughts.
