RE:Wasn't Rubicon a Casey Best Buy?
RE:Wasn't Rubicon a Casey Best Buy?I hate to defend anything Casey, but Royal Gold took a hit on this as well. One would have thought that they had all of the best information. Also, several other newsletter writers were wrong on Rubicon as well.
It just goes to show the dangers in the junior mining sector. Anything can go wrong, and it mostly does. I wouldn't waste a penny buying reports from newsletter writers recommending juniors. You're better off throwing a dart.
But Casey is particularly bad because supposedly they get to know management, visit the properties, and use their knowledge for evaluation. It's all BS and it's a huge game in which subscribers are losers and the newsletters can get away with saying: hey, it was your own money. Plus you lose having paid for a subscription to help you lose. It's just not worth it.
Been there. Done that. Done with it.
