COS shareholders must be insane seliing to SU with such SP

With recent plummeting SU SP, it is insane for COS shareholders to tender their shares to SU.... 0.25 SU is just 7.91 $.... Seriously, we are talking about selling COS at 10$, 11$, 12$, 13$ etc etc ...Why do you have to torment yourself to sell the company at 7.91 $?
