If I remember correctly, I think it was UBS that was pushing it to .19 and .20 at the beginning and end of December.  

I think a poster was commenting on it in the forum at the time.  

Can someone with a 'stock watch' account check who was the big buyer on those peak days?   Thanks if you post it.
