RE:RE:Can SU settle the tendered shares if reqd % is not reached ?I don't understand what Galu said "if SU waives 2/3 tender requirement and extends the offer, it may run the risk of losing COS shareholders who had tendered their shares, as they will have the right to withdraw."... Aren't it for those COS shareholders who had tendered their shares, they have the right to withdraw their tendered shares anytime during the tendering period BUT can't withdraw if tendering has been closed.
