Only ones in a lifetime you get the opportunity to buy your neighbor’s house…
That a Dutch saying.
And that is why LSG did buy Temex!
Yes it has a proven resources and past history.
And yes the price was reasonable.
But the main reason was the offer from OBAN to buy TEMEX.
I am sure LSG was not planning on spending money/shares on the acquisition of TEMEX at the beginning of 2015!
It’s a nice property with a lot of potential.
Now the new resource update for 144 and the negotiations with Goldcorp’s about there share in the Whitney property will determine the priority of this project for LSG in the short-term.
