Given how many nations are suffering a world of hurt right now is operating in over 100 countries a good thing? There are the natural resource dependent emerging markets as resources get decimated. There are the OPEC nations as oil gets obliterated. There are the currency issues. CXR may not have predictable earnings in 2016 and given its debt that can be a problem.

I had a chance to listen to the interview again. Mark talked about CXR having natural currency hedges. He explains that CXR has their new AMCo acquired debt in British pounds, and other debt in USD and I believe some debt in Canadian dollars.
Since much of  the earnings are derived in the same currencies, this provides CXR with a natural currency hedge. All is good.
