Rick Rule has come out and said he is purposely ignorant on diamonds.
However, not everyone is Rick rule and there are industry people in the investment community who know a lot more about diamonds then you and I.

A breakage study comes with the business....it was just fed ot us on a platter for ch-7 with very little opinions attached.

PGD is allowed to give raw certified lab results from the SRC as per disclosure guidelines no matter how wrong they are at face value....and they are wrong. They are allowed go give huge ranges and very little opinion to the market...so it is up to us to interpret it?

NI43-101 is giving the retail investor full acces to the results and very limited access to the interpreration. In this case the interpretation is 10x more significant then the results themselves.
