RE:RE:RE:Is Sinoenergy Pacific the acquirerer
RE:RE:RE:Is Sinoenergy Pacific the acquirererBlueCollar51: Before you twist & distort what I say here is the legal & proprietary way the deal should have went:
LRE mgt. should have sent out the circular & the scheduled vote to take place. If this other deal from the Communists of Red China was credible & sincere, these people should have made known their deal to the stakeholders including the small investors of LRE who would ultimately have decided as to which deal was acceptable.
I know in Communist Red China the Communist Party ultimately decides everything so why not let Communist Red China Law overcede Cdn. Law.
Reasonable people can see that there is "conflict of interest" & withholding of "certain shareholders" and :"purchasers" names is unacceptable. I should not have to wish that the law be enforced & LRE be investigated - it should have happened because of the improprieties that were done. But then again like I said before: the TSX is a corrupt institution & they protect their own. That is why CEO Andrew & the LRE BoD operate with impunity, they mock the law & laugh all the way to the bank.
