RE:No news is good news idom......Have not looked at this since the "James Beals" offer nonsense. Which was a telltale sign of things to come apparently as the stock has cratered since then,.

Bottom line for me is I know hundreds of people with phones, I know people that are addicted to their phones and no one I know has ever used visual search to buy an item.

Maybe I know the wrong people but I believe while the technology has its uses it will not be used by masses of people and that early adoption by some businesses was more FOMO (fear of missing out) than anything else.

The collapse of store retail does not help either. 

Damage has been done here I would avoid bottom chasing this thing. I do wish people luck but that has been my thoughts on things and they remain unchanged.
