postsno posts here in almost a year? What is up with us? CLearly not an activist bunch of shareholders. ANyway if Scarafile gets his way we won't be around much longer. I am not sure if it happens it will make me or lose me money - I have been paying so little attention to this co that I have forgotten where I stand. It's about time something happened though so I guess we can all slink away with our cash...unless the preferreds have another lawsuit up their sleeves! It seems as soon as something positive happens they step in to block it, so perhaps they will try it again. I did not notice a closing date or other details in the PR, so maybe everyone is putting their toes in the water to see what it feels like before going further. I suspect that the deal is not as good as it could be - you'd think with revenue in the 60 million range and with low rates the co could keep head above water with the debt they have without too much trouble. In any case it does make sense for someone else to do something with the operations, since the present situation has not been good for the co.
