RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is BUS in fact a BUST???Well Boolish,  I am here to help the poor guys out there that have swallowed this, that's all. You are a DESPERATE pumper trying your best to stop this inflated stock from going to a penny. You say it is a buy at 40 cents even though they are $12 1/2 million in debt, have minimal assets and were only capable of raising 50% of a small PP.  and according to their own accountants are in serious trouble.  I have read many, many financial statements in my almost 40 years of buying/selling penny stocks. I have NEVER seen such strong warnings displayed in a financial statement before.
You say they have back orders "SO TO SPEAK." What do you mean? Please tell us. If that isn't a red flag I don't know what is? What are you  saying?... they have interest or the possibility of orders or they might be able to fill a order but nothing concrete and without a lmiracle they cannot supply the product. The bankers/brokers//retail  wouldn't buy the companys PP and blaming  vampire squids for their problems is very lame. They may never do another PP because the best they could do is raise 1.3 million. If management have such deep pockets and will be able to cover future funds necessary to purchase buses then why are they $12 1/2 million in debt and can't raise money? The statements would have looked better if the management had coveredf the debt and had the $1.3 million in the bank. They are still between a rock and a hard place and will need the Chinese to take sympathy on them.  Maybe they will buy them out at 50 cents on the dollar..The Chinese aren't stupid and are very difficult to do business with. They will be able to read the statements as well. Cross your fingers. I only want to see a level playing field and the small investor doesn't understand what has transpired or where they sit. You may want them to put more cash into this thing to help buoy the stock but is that really in their best interest?
