RE:RE:RE: Just heard on the radio that the sanctions on Iran have beeSaudis and Iranians hate each other (Sunni v Shia ... see burning of Saudi embassy after Saudis killed cleric). US (Obama) only cared about ending the nuclear threat from Iran (once they met condition sanctions lifted ... couldnt even try to delay in retaliation of ship capture).  It makes sense that the Saudi's want the Iranians to feel pain as they dump their oil onto the market at these price levels.  At this point the concern is that all of the excess oil supply has been going into storage for months now (to the point that massive new storage is coming online since the existing is full).  Even when (and a big ? and to when this is) the supply/demand imbalance is addressed the amount in storage willl continue to keep prices depressed for months.  If the Saudi's do go forward with partial listing for Aramco at these levels it tells you they figure on depressed prices for a very long time.
