2019 debentures IBG.DB, IBG.DB.C

2019 debentures IBG.DB, IBG.DB.C


Does anyone know if either series is senior to the other one or are they treated equally if there becomes an issue with payment of the debt?

If they're equals, it's odd that the prices have converged since the .DB has conversion potential whereas .DB.C probablity of conversion is like zero.
