RE:RE:RE:J ai fait un transfert de PLI de mon REER vers CELI
Do you mean that I should transfer more shares than 1500 for 4000 $ ?  After different calculations with fees and taxes payments discussing with the counselor we found better to transfer for 4000 $ of Shares, but it will cost me 5000 $ to transfer 4000 $ because the taxes I have to pay.  If I did transfer more shares the taxes to pay after 5000 $ (26%) are higher than if I transfer for less than 5000 $ (21 %).  This is why I did transfer as much shares as possible within the 5000 $ of transfer, including about 1000 $ of taxes.  That's why I transfer only 1500 shares for 4000 $.

So I prefered paying 21 % now than 26 % even if it will all be equal next year when I will produce my income report.  I have to take care of something else too.  I have to calculate my others incomes and take care not to change of Income tax level.

Yes I agree with you, If I could I would transfer all my shares but I have to work with taxes %, fees, and limitations.
