Exciting eh... C$2,400+ gold and millions and millions of ounces at Barkerville. LOL. Does it get any better.
Hey, Halcro, when you gonna buy in, eh :)
Alas, Boris, when I didn't get my Xmas E-card in 2014 and 2015, I put the BGM unkas on my ignore list.
While Mr. Norman Bennett's interview with BGM's "new CEO" in Business in Vancouver tried to make a compelling call to get into BGM...alas (again), while the prose is fevered, the facts seem to be somewhat less than factual and so I'll pass.
While changing a small open-pit operation to plans " to mine the two ore bodies from the same underground workings" makes for high drama and great expectations, the first underground operation at the BL would first have to be constructed and then the tunnels be extended greatly to chase the ore underground to the BC vein.
BGM, over the last two decades plus, has had great success in chasing dollars and putting it underground by way of Standard's drilling and then not bringing much gold to the surface.
Neither Mr. Bennett nor Mr. Obradovich (nor the last nine month's of operations) have quite convinced me to throw present cash into late-2016-dreams...especially when those late-2016-dreams seem to be centred on going underground (a more expensive mining proposition) at the BL open pit, which has proven, over the last two years, to be a very, very expensive conversion of shareholder dollars into gold extracted.
I'll wait for the February 28, 2017, financials to see how the garden grows, heh, heh.
