The investment objectives for the Preferred Shares are to provide their holders with fixed cumulative preferential monthly cash distributions in the amount of $0.05 per Preferred Share ($0.60 per annum or 6.0% per annum on the issue price of $10.00 per Preferred Share) until November 30, 2023 (the Maturity Date) and to return the original issue price of $10.00 to holders on the Maturity Date. The Company will invest on an approximately equally-weighted basis in Portfolio Shares of the following publicly traded Canadian banks: Bank of Montreal; Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce; National Bank of Canada; Royal Bank of Canada; The Bank of Nova Scotia; and The Toronto-Dominion Bank. The Portfolio will generally be rebalanced on a quarterly basis, starting on September 30, 2020, so that as soon as practicable after each calendar quarter the Portfolio Shares will be held on an approximately equal weight basis.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Get out while you still have $ leftFor someone that stated they will not comment here anymore Vlad,you've actually shifted your flapping gums into overdrive.Thats fine but remember to state something as an opinion,and making that clear,is far different than stating something assertive.It can make you a target for being a blow-hard..and rigfhtfully so.
As for Coop.Olive branch gratefully accepted.You will notice my ignore # is quite high...its mainly because of my abrasive writing style.I have almost zero tolerance for posters that post too much 'fluff'.I state as much and  many have a problem with that.You can see that my writing style hasnt changed at all,and it never will.If people are too sensitive I couldnt care less.Its a shame to put too many people on ignore though...Ive learned more from no-nonsense abrasive posters than I have from the ones that state the obvious.
  And besides,If I want to make friends...I'll join an internet cafe LOL.
