RE:Suncor still bullish on oil sands

Although this may be some sort of option I can't see Suncor even considering it. Teck is on the hook to contribute $1.5B into this project, if Suncor were to buy out their 20% contribution as they did with Totals 10% that would only be $620 million. Also on top of that they would have to contribute the $1.5B that Teck was going to put in to get the project to production. This is why I don't see Teck exiting the Fort Hills project even of they wanted to.
