Good post. Look at the people involve here - they've done it before. Some of the best mining people in Canada, if not the world. Management team is investment criteria #1.

NioGold could be in "production" much sooner - if they strike a deal with Canadian Malarctic, they will be cash flow positive very quickly. This may be the less lucrative decision long-term, but it involves far less risk and can still be highly profitable.
