what more has Dave said about the "offering" mgmt has in the pipe. 

You did did say mgmt is currently restricted from buying. 


Are they raising cash or shifting the chairs on the boat. ( ie: debt re-org)

when does mgmt lock down come off , or better yet, when with what is in 

the pipe, going to get announced ?
