LOL!

You mean good management allows some of the money earned to flow back to shareholders rather than be split up amongst themselves - what a novel idea.

In the back of my mind a thought has always lingered - if management can earn 100% of their base salary in bonuses when they have managed to be so unsuccessful (ZARS, Synera, WF10) what would ever happen if they actually did something unexpectedly right?

They might have to come up with a 7th stock-based compensation program for that one.
