RE:Same Store Sales

YOY same store sales were great but last quarter in Alberta was down a mere 0.9%. Now contrast that with prior quarter in which Alberta same store sales were up 2.9% and overall combined same store sales for 3rd quarter were up a robust 6.7%. I think that was exceptionally well given the environment. The analyst always have to churn out some yarn about how bad it is which is utter nonsense. When it rallies they will be the first ones to raise targets and spin articles about what great value there is.
US same store sales are doing very well and thats going to be the thing to watch as they keep expanding. This slowly becomes less and less of an Alberta story each year.

These Analysis were also calling then for a Share Price of $11.50 and Sector Preform. At this present share price of $6.66 we are a long away from there expected share price, and when this was written. But to my knowledge none of them have lowered this from $11.50 / share since then either. So it is either way under priced right now or none of these Analysis have a clue in what they are talking about. I tend to think we are way Oversold and Underpriced right now. The Dividend is in question right now, and has been for many years, but would it be so bad to add this $30M a year saved on Dividend Payments to there pockets? Especially one that can grow a lot over the next few years. Would they still get a 14 P/E Ratio on this growing company? So again perhaps this worst case scenario isn't as bad as other believe.
