RE:Welcome to the American courtsA Fonthill Ontario man had to appeal Disney three times before he won millions from them for stealing his ideas on the Sports Motels they built after he sent them plans for them (patented) and they said no thanks, then used the plans years later. It took him 3 appeals but won all court costs and millions, in the US courts, From Disney. So anything is possible. Andrew will appeal!
