Port of Tauranga Limited is a New Zealand-based company that carries out business through the provision of wharf facilities, land, and buildings, for the storage and transit of import and export cargo, berthage, cranes, tugs, and pilot services for customers. The Property services segment consist of consists of managing and maintaining the Port’s property assets. The Terminal services segment consists of the contracted terminal operations, general container marshalling and ancillary services of Quality Marshalling (Mount Maunganui) Limited (Quality Marshalling). It provides customers with supply chains through investment in regional feeder ports and inland freight hubs.

I totally agree my friend and my guess in ten days we will say goodbye to the 75% of the dividend at which point i would expect the stock to drop into the eighteeen dollar level. This in my opinion will be the buy of a lifetime with only one caveat. The world markets! If the bear decides to growl every world market will go into a slow bleed and bears can last for 18 to 24 months. If that unfolds all bets are off.
