clearly you have a misunderstanding of this company and this boards intention. Pyd announced on November 27 that it received 2 loans -

1 million at 8%
3.5 million at 12%

this is a very positive thing and more promotion then bashing. The intent of my post is to show others that Pyd secured financing so our books must look good. If you show up on a new board why don't you read a while before jumping to conclusions. 

As as I stated last week I was on the bid at .04, I got filled yesturday. Like I said , welcome to Pyd
