RE:RE:RE:Observations on possibility of a distribution cutThe tax rules are simple. Taxable income must be distributed to unit holders. AFFO does not always equal taxable income so 100% of taxable income may represent 70% of AFFO.
Maybe (unlikely) OneReit decided to distribute less than 100% of taxable earnings and pay CRA.
Finally, OneReit adjusted their distribution to 70% of FFO, not AFFO so we are comparing apples to oranges.
