Shares will stay at 1 cent until they do a reverse split. With 1 billion shares outstanding there is no way DGI can generate enough profit to move shares up. That being said DGI still needs to produce a profit and they still have a large number of convertible debt that could dilute the shares even more. This needs to be resolved before DGI share price will move up
