RE:RE:BREAKING DOWN 'Prospectus' per InvestopediaI whole-heartedly agree. The way I see it, and it's something that entered my mind just a couple of days ago, is that insider "investment" is a "return of capital" from mgmt salaries. IMO at the current under-valued sp there is quick money to be made by the insiders and anyone who is smart enough to follow their lead.
