Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Topped up todayFerret, stop being such a weasel.  You know IAE management made all the calls on the hedging.  You are such a rodent.  As for IAE not being around in 2 years (so its 2 years now is it?  Thought they were gone by this spring with their bank assessment due in April?), well you are right on that count.  IAE will be bought by next Fall/Winter.  The price will depend on the PoO, but it has a large chance of being gone through acquisition by this time next year.

As for Eric "I Can't Shave Yet" Nuttall being all in, who said he went all in all at once?  Sprott didn't hire that 12 year old because of his manly looks that's for sure.  And he is not acting alone.  No, the boys and girls at Sprott know a thing or two about commodities and O&G in particular.  You'd be a wise little ferret to take note.
