Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:RE:RE:New information from trustee

RE:RE:RE:New information from trusteeRegarding the bar graph in the brochure, I missed a small detail - Quarters are calculated based on the calendar year (CY), not on fiscal year (and especially not SIO's own offset FY)

That means those results may be accurate, but we can't really verify them nor compare them with the numbers we're used to see.

Q4 CY 2015 should be from October 1st to December 31st, covering Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the revenue for that period seems to be just north of $50k. Considering that this quarter, unlike the others, includes the two highest grossing holidays of the year, I'd say the CY Q1 and CY Q2 projections are completely nuts. Over twice the holidays revenue, especially in Spring/early Summer? Give me a break!

I don't know when/if we'll get the Q2 FY 2016 financials, but knowing that they end just after Thanksgiving, they should be less than $50k - maybe around $30k-$35k? As for Q3 results, I'd say by now that it's a toss up whether SIO will still exist and/or be listed when they're due to come out in April.
