At least they are showing 60% of them now. Took a doubling of the last number to get this close.

You have to wonder why Winterberry hasn't reported his over 35% stake to the sec; and why he hasnt picked up his 18 million shares? What's the play?

I thought you had to report if you had or could have from derivatives, an over 5% stake.
