RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I have added the following comment to the SH article...enjoyIt was most definitely a management issue. The UCCON lab was good for doing R&D work at large node sizes but the equipment was very old. There was a lack of direction and focus. When the new management took over they quickly recognized that a large change was required. They needed industry people not Geoff Taylor’s students. What I will give credit to is that the old management did recognize the need to get this technology into Anadigics foundry but a lot of time was wasted up until that time. It was a steep learning curve for the old management. There is no learning curve with the new management...they know what to do.
