RE:RE:RE:high for 2016I think that they are trying to creat fear.   I would ceartainly hope that the BOD would be fully aware of all of the legalities in this split and what they do with the money.  
If we have a majority saying no to the split and they have a deal are we selling our 35M for 0?
Lets think this through.  Maybe splitting out the money is an added benefit to us holders.  
Nuvo has its prodcut and pipeline and is growing with P2 so why give everything away with the one deal?
