RE:First Capital Verbal OpinionYou need to get an activist investor involved and stop the sale, as it appears that you are getting screwed, based on the information provided by San Leon, information that should have been available to Mart shareholders months ago. There have been some very odd things going on for years at Mart, but this trumps them all.
