penny stock investors and workers completely different.very simple about investors.
investors want a return on their investment either keeping the company viable or cash out and move on.  In the case of penny stock investors, quick buck only. Generally do not care about long term goals.  Workers are going to work regardless of situation because they have no control til the bitter end.
From what I understand about salaries is that ESL teachers do not make a lot of money to begin with anyways.  They do the job because they love being around students.  Upper management seems to be the ones that over pay themselves.  Some of these posters seems to rank the salaries of ESL teachers in the same breath as an engineers.
Bottom line is the bottom line unfortunately at the expense of the people (workers) trying to create a successful long term goal by showing up to work, doing their thing while upper management is too busy acting like used car salesman.
