suggestions on WCP ?

suggestions on WCP ?Hi: I am new to this WCP bullboard. I am considering buying some WCP but have some questions: (a) any comments as to whether its 0.75 dividend is safe when oil price is at 25 to 30 US$ ? (b) I am waiting for better entry price or my WCP. Any comments as to whether you think of any chance of WCP SP recede a bit back to around 6.7 $ (with closing price on Jan 20, 21 and 22 being 6.79$, 7.10$ and 7.95CC$) ? I am trying to see whether there is any benefit of waiting for a better entry point of say 6.7$ or to grab WCP in the mid $7s...Thanks ahead for ideas and suggestions !
