right on!!!!!!!!!! good post funny always blaming ones that come and go saying the new guy will take the torch from there ...always the NEXT guy,and how the old one held this back,i wonder,could it be the turnover they have is because they see the tech isn't what its supposed to be? they learn about it after they take the job and see the major hurdles? im not sure so I ask...interesting how the A board gets twisted trash and brings it here
