Can any one tell me if BFD & MKR shared a booth?

Can any one tell me if BFD & MKR shared a booth?
Another BFD issue: December 21, 2015 as previously released: Beaufield Resources Inc. today announced that the Board of Directors has approved the granting of options for 500,000 common shares of the Corporation to Mr. William Deluce, a Director and the Chairman of the audit Committee of the Corporation, under its stock option plan. The options vest immediately, are exercisable at $0.05 per option and have a term of 5 years. Mr. Deluce was appointed a Director of the Corporation in October 2015 (Press release of October 27, 2015). After the grant, the total number of outstanding options under the Corporations plan is 8,725,000 or approximately 7.6% of the outstanding shares. Now, after being 'awarded' 500,000 in options, he 'resigns' in less than two months??? Now 'that's' a sweet Deal !!! ... after the shareholder dilution, the B.O.D. "thanks" him for his "contribution". WOW!!! I sure hope they got their money's worth, because I, as a long time shareholder, feel I didn't get 'mine'. No wonder why the Vancouver X has the reputation it does. I guess, to go for the gold (rewards), one has to be willing to tread with the snakes (risks). GaL
